Steps to Convert Points to Your Main Balance
1. Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard.
2. Locate the Point Balance Section
On a desktop device, scroll to the bottom-right corner of the page.
On mobile, scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click the "Exchange" Button
In the Point Balance section, you will find a button labeled "Exchange".
4. Go to the Point Exchange Page
Clicking the "Exchange" button will redirect you to the Point Exchange page.
On this page, you will see another button labeled "Exchange Points".
5. Convert Your Points
Click the "Exchange Points" button to convert your points into NGN.
Important Notes:
The minimum point balance required for conversion is 500 points.
The conversion rate is 10,000 points = NGN 100.
Additional Information
Points are bonus rewards and are not part of your main earnings.
Your main earnings are paid directly in NGN and are separate from the point balance.
